"The only way to get the key is to call the number and make an appointment with an employee...quite a hassle, really. Then, they gave me the wrong key. So I could'nt get in anymore! Had to walk in the city to try to find wifi to be able to call them again. The toaster was broken. They promised they would replace it the next day. They never did. And they didn't reply to any phone calls anymore. The bed is so close to the bathroom that it blocks the entrance of the bathroom door."
